  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

  • 1 ripe banana, sliced

  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips

  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Roll out puff pastry and cut into 3×3-inch squares.

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, honey, and cinnamon until smooth.

  • Spread a little cream cheese mixture onto each pastry square and top with banana slices.

  • Fold pastry over to form a pocket; press edges to seal.

  • Place pastries on the baking sheet and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and puffed.

  • Meanwhile, melt dark chocolate chips with heavy cream (using microwave or double boiler) until smooth.

  • Serve warm pastries with dark chocolate dip.

Notes

  • Sprinkle pastry tops with a little sugar before baking for extra sweetness.
