  • 4 slices of bread (sourdough, whole wheat, or white)

  • 4 strips crispy bacon

  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced

  • 2 leaves fresh lettuce (romaine or iceberg)

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Toast the Bread:

    • Toast the bread slices to your preferred crispness.

  • Cook the Bacon:

    • In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon strips until crispy.

    • Drain on paper towels.

  • Assemble the Sandwich:

    • Spread mayonnaise generously on one side of each toast slice.
