8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup fresh cranberries
2–3 jalapeños, seeded and diced
¼ cup honey
¼ cup chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon lime juice
Salt, to taste
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, cook cranberries, stirring occasionally, until they begin to burst (about 5–7 minutes).
Add jalapeños and honey; simmer another 3–4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cooled cranberry mixture, cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Serve with crackers, tortilla chips, or fresh veggies.
For extra heat, leave some jalapeño seeds in.
Can be made ahead — store covered in the fridge for up to 2 days.
Try swapping lime juice for lemon juice for a different citrus note.
