  • ¼ cup honey

  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, cook cranberries, stirring occasionally, until they begin to burst (about 5–7 minutes).

  • Add jalapeños and honey; simmer another 3–4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.

  • In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cooled cranberry mixture, cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth and creamy.

  • Serve with crackers, tortilla chips, or fresh veggies.

Notes

  • For extra heat, leave some jalapeño seeds in.

  • Can be made ahead — store covered in the fridge for up to 2 days.

  • Try swapping lime juice for lemon juice for a different citrus note.
