Ingredients

  • Medium zucchinis, thinly sliced lengthwise

  • Ricotta cheese

  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Prepare Zucchini:
    Slice zucchini lengthwise into thin ribbons using a mandoline or sharp knife.

  • Make the Filling:

  • Assemble Rolls:
