This Pizza Monkey Bread is a fun, pull-apart appetizer packed with gooey mozzarella, pepperoni, and classic pizza flavors. Perfect for parties, game day, or a family-friendly snack!
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup mini pepperoni or diced regular pepperoni
½ cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons melted butter
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a bundt pan.
Cut biscuit dough into quarters.
In a large bowl, toss biscuit pieces with mozzarella, pepperoni, oregano, and garlic powder until combined.
Layer the dough mixture into the bundt pan, drizzling melted butter between layers.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Let cool for a few minutes, then invert onto a plate. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Try adding chopped bell peppers or olives for extra pizza flavor.
Use pizza dough instead of biscuit dough for a different texture.
Best served warm, but leftovers can be reheated in the oven.
