  • ½ cup mini pepperoni or diced regular pepperoni

  • ½ cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a bundt pan.

  • Cut biscuit dough into quarters.

  • In a large bowl, toss biscuit pieces with mozzarella, pepperoni, oregano, and garlic powder until combined.

  • Layer the dough mixture into the bundt pan, drizzling melted butter between layers.

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

  • Let cool for a few minutes, then invert onto a plate. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Try adding chopped bell peppers or olives for extra pizza flavor.

  • Use pizza dough instead of biscuit dough for a different texture.

  • Best served warm, but leftovers can be reheated in the oven.
