Shrimp & Crab Alfredo Lasagna Roll-Ups

These shrimp and crab Alfredo lasagna roll-ups are a creamy, cheesy seafood delight! Packed with rich ricotta, tender shrimp, imitation crab, and topped with gooey cheese and Alfredo sauce, this dish is an easy seafood pasta dinner perfect for special occasions or family nights.

  • 9 lasagna noodles

  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped

  • 1 cup imitation crab meat, shredded

  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven:
    Set oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Prepare Pasta:
    Boil lasagna noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside to cool slightly.

  • Make Seafood Filling:
    In a large bowl, mix chopped shrimp, shredded crab, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  • Layer Sauce:
    Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.

  • Assemble Roll-Ups:
    Lay noodles flat, spread seafood filling evenly over each, then roll up tightly.

  • Bake:
    Place roll-ups seam-side down in the dish. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce on top. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
    Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
    Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until golden and bubbly.

  • Garnish & Serve:
    Let rest briefly, then garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
