For the Cajun Steak:
2 ribeye or sirloin steaks (6 oz each)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
For the Alfredo Pasta:
8 oz fettuccine
1 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Parsley flakes and red pepper flakes, for garnish
Season the Steak:
