This summer peach lemonade is the ultimate refreshmentβlight, fruity, and tangy with the perfect balance of sweet peaches and tart lemons. It’s easy to make and perfect for cooling off on hot sunny days!
1 cup fresh or canned peach slices (peeled if using fresh)
ΒΎ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4 lemons)
Β½ cup sugar (adjust to taste)
4 cups cold water
Ice cubes
Lemon and peach slices (for garnish)
Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Make the Peach Puree:
Blend peach slices until smooth in a blender. For a smoother texture, strain to remove pulp (optional).
Mix the Lemonade:
In a large pitcher, stir together peach puree, lemon juice, and sugar until the sugar fully dissolves.
Add Water & Chill:
Add cold water and mix well. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Serve:
Fill glasses with ice and pour the lemonade. Garnish with lemon and peach slices and a sprig of mint if desired.
Adjust sugar to your taste or replace with honey or agave for a natural sweetener.
Use sparkling water instead of still for a fizzy version.
Freeze peach or lemon slices for extra cold garnishes that wonβt water down your drink.
