2 slices white bread (or preferred bread)
1 grilled chicken breast, thinly sliced
2 slices crispy bacon
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp butter
Fresh herbs (parsley or thyme), for garnish
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat:
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Assemble Sandwich:
Butter one side of each slice of bread.
Place one slice, buttered side down, on the skillet.
