For the Whipped Feta Icing:

  • 200g feta cheese, crumbled

  • 100g full-fat cream cheese

  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Optional Garnish:

  • Crushed pistachios

  • Chopped chives or dill

  • Chili flakes or smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Blend the Base:
    Add crumbled feta and cream cheese to a food processor. Blend until smooth and fully combined.

  2. Add Creaminess:
    Add Greek yogurt and olive oil. Pulse until the mixture is fluffy and silky.

  3. Season:
    Add freshly ground black pepper to taste. For extra zing, blend in garlic powder or lemon zest.

  4. Chill:
    Transfer the whipped feta to a piping bag and chill for 20–30 minutes to firm up slightly.

    Pipe the whipped feta onto savory cupcakes, corn muffins, scones, or biscuits.
