For the whipped cream topping:

  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

For garnish:

  • Whole Biscoff cookies
  • Extra cookie crumbs

Instructions

  1. Make the cookie base – Mix crushed Biscoff cookies with melted butter until sandy in texture. Set aside for layering.
  2. Prepare the mousse – Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form. Fold in Biscoff spread gently until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Prepare the whipped cream topping – Whip the cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
