Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). Place the flatbread or naan onto a baking sheet to get ready for assembly.
  2. Assemble the Flatbread: Lightly brush the surface of the flatbread with olive oil. Arrange the sliced Brie cheese evenly over the flatbread. Scatter fresh blueberries on top, then sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves, and season with a pinch of salt and black pepper to enhance the flavors.
  3. Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Bake until the flatbread is crisp and the Brie cheese has melted into a bubbly, creamy layer.
