  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Filling & Toppings

  • 2 burrata balls 🧀
  • 3 tbsp chili honey 🍯🌶️
  • ¼ cup roasted pistachios, roughly chopped 🌰
  • Fresh microgreens or basil leaves for garnish 🌿

Instructions

  1. Prep the Nests 🥔✨ – Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Toss sweet potato strands in olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Shape into nests on a lined tray and bake until crispy.
