  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce

  • 68 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup crushed Oreos
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Prepare the Crust: Mix crushed Oreos, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the pan and bake.
  3. Make the Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and add vanilla, eggs, sour cream, heavy cream, and caramel sauce. Pour over the crust.
  4. Bake: Bake the cheesecake for 55-65 minutes until set. Cool gradually in the oven.
  5. Chill: Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Assemble the Topping: Drizzle caramel sauce, add chopped Peanut Butter Cups and crushed Oreos on top.
