  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 🧀

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  2. Prepare garlic cream sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant, then add heavy cream, salt, pepper, and herbs. Simmer gently.
  3. Layer the gratin: Arrange half of the sliced potatoes in the baking dish. Pour over half of the garlic cream mixture and sprinkle with half of the cheddar and Parmesan cheeses. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
