For the cookies:

  • 250 g all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 115 g unsalted butter (softened)
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 80 g white sugar
  • 1 egg + 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 150 g chocolate chips

For the filling & topping:

  • 200 g Nutella or chocolate spread
  • Whipped cream (piped or spread)
  • Mini Oreos or crushed Oreos
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Chocolate chips & sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Make the cookies: Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, beat butter and sugars until fluffy. Add egg, yolk, and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips. Scoop large dough balls, flatten slightly, and bake 10–12 minutes until golden. Let cool completely (they need to be firm enough to stack).
  2. Build the stacks: Place one cookie as the base. Spread a layer of Nutella or chocolate ganache. Add another cookie, then a layer of whipped cream. Repeat to create 2–3 layers.
  3. Decorate: On top, pipe whipped cream generously. Add a swirl of Nutella. Decorate with mini Oreos, chocolate chips, sprinkles, and a fresh strawberry.
