Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Beat eggs and sugar: Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Sift dry ingredients: Sift flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder, then fold into the egg mixture.
  4. Color the batter: Divide batter into 5 portions and color each with a different food coloring.
  5. Bake the layers: Spread colored batters in layers on the baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Roll the cake: Roll the warm cake in a towel and let cool.
  7. Fill and roll: Unroll cake, spread whipped cream, and roll back up.
  8. Add ganache and sprinkles: Pour chocolate ganache over the roll and sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles.
