Ice Cream:
- 4 scoops chocolate ice cream (2 scoops per glass)
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream (optional, for contrast)
Whipped Cream:
- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream, chilled
- 2–3 tbsp powdered sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate Sauce:
- ½ cup (120 ml) heavy cream
- 100 g (3.5 oz) semi-sweet chocolate (chopped)
Garnish:
- Chocolate curls or shavings
- Chocolate chips (optional)
- Make the Chocolate Sauce – Heat cream until warm, pour over chopped chocolate. Let sit 2 minutes, stir until smooth and glossy. Cool slightly before drizzling.
- Prepare the Whipped Cream – Beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form. Transfer to a piping bag for a neat swirl.
- Assemble the Parfait – Place one scoop of chocolate ice cream in the bottom of each glass. Add a drizzle of chocolate sauce. Add the second scoop of chocolate ice cream. Pipe a generous swirl of whipped cream on top. Drizzle more chocolate sauce over the whipped cream.
