Whipped Cream:

  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream, chilled
  • 23 tbsp powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Chocolate Sauce:

  • ½ cup (120 ml) heavy cream
  • 100 g (3.5 oz) semi-sweet chocolate (chopped)

Garnish:

  • Chocolate curls or shavings
  • Chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Make the Chocolate Sauce – Heat cream until warm, pour over chopped chocolate. Let sit 2 minutes, stir until smooth and glossy. Cool slightly before drizzling.
  2. Prepare the Whipped Cream – Beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form. Transfer to a piping bag for a neat swirl.
  3. Assemble the Parfait – Place one scoop of chocolate ice cream in the bottom of each glass. Add a drizzle of chocolate sauce. Add the second scoop of chocolate ice cream. Pipe a generous swirl of whipped cream on top. Drizzle more chocolate sauce over the whipped cream.
