  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

For the Cinnamon Swirl Filling:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

For the Cream Cheese Layer:

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg

For the Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
  3. In a small bowl, mix softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until smooth. Set aside.
  4. For the cream cheese layer, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until creamy. Spread evenly over the crust.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the cinnamon swirl mixture on top of the cream cheese layer. Use a knife to gently swirl it into the filling for a marbled effect.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is set. Let cool completely.
  7. In a small bowl, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over cooled bars before slicing into squares.
