For the Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
For the Cinnamon Swirl Filling:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
For the Cream Cheese Layer:
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
For the Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
- In a small bowl, mix softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until smooth. Set aside.
- For the cream cheese layer, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until creamy. Spread evenly over the crust.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cinnamon swirl mixture on top of the cream cheese layer. Use a knife to gently swirl it into the filling for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is set. Let cool completely.
- In a small bowl, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over cooled bars before slicing into squares.
