  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

For the Flatbreads

  • 4 flatbreads or naan
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ground Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the ground chicken and cook for 6–8 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula until browned and fully cooked. Stir in paprika, oregano, cumin, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice. Cook for another minute until well combined and aromatic.
  2. Make the Hot Honey Feta Cream: In a bowl, whisk together the crumbled feta cheese, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, honey, red pepper flakes, olive oil, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
  3. Warm the Flatbreads: Lightly brush the flatbreads with olive oil and warm them in a skillet or oven for 2–3 minutes until soft and slightly toasted.
  4. Assemble the Flatbreads: Spread a generous layer of hot honey feta cream over each warm flatbread. Top with the seasoned ground chicken, then add shredded lettuce, diced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, and thinly sliced red onion.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle fresh chopped parsley over the top and drizzle with extra hot honey feta cream if desired. Serve immediately while warm, either open-faced or folded like a wrap.
