For the Pasta and Sauce:

  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (divided)
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Linguine: Cook linguine in salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water for later use.
