  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pistachios
  • 1/2 cup pistachio paste
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, ground pistachios, chopped pistachios, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the pan and bake for 10 minutes. Cool before adding filling.
