Lasagna Noodles:

  • 12 lasagna noodles, cooked

Shrimp Mixture:

  • 1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cheese Mixture:

  • 2 cups (480ml) ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups (480ml) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup (240ml) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) fresh parsley, chopped

Other:

  • 2 cups (480ml) Alfredo sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté Shrimp: In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink. Set aside.
  3. Prepare Cheese Mixture: In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, 1/2 cup Parmesan, and parsley.
  4. Layering: Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Add a layer of lasagna noodles. Spread the ricotta mixture over the noodles, top with shrimp, and add more Alfredo sauce. Repeat layers.
  5. Final Layers: Finish with a layer of noodles, Alfredo sauce, and the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Baking: Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Serve: Garnish with parsley before serving.
