- 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt (plain, unsweetened)
- 1 small cucumber, grated (about 1/2 cup)
- 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1 ½ tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar (optional for extra tang)
- Salt to taste
For Garnish (optional but recommended):
