  • 1 block feta (8 oz), cut into thick strips
  • 4 large tortillas or flatbreads
  • 1 cup spinach or arugula
  • 1 small tomato, thinly sliced
  • ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

For the Spicy Honey Drizzle

  • 3 tbsp honey
  • ½1 tsp chili flakes or hot sauce (to taste)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Wraps: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lay out the tortillas and place a few spinach leaves, slices of tomato, and onion in the center of each. Top with one or two thick strips of feta cheese. Fold each tortilla tightly into a burrito-style wrap to enclose the filling securely.
  2. Brush and Season: Lightly brush the outside of each wrap with olive oil. Sprinkle dried oregano evenly over the wraps, and add sesame seeds if desired for extra texture and flavor.
  3. Bake: Place the wraps seam-side down on a baking sheet to prevent them from opening while baking. Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure they turn golden and crispy on all sides.
  4. Prepare the Spicy Honey Drizzle: While the wraps are baking, mix together the honey, chili flakes or hot sauce, and lemon juice in a small bowl until smooth and well combined. Adjust the chili to your preferred level of spiciness.
  5. Serve: Once baked, remove the wraps from the oven and drizzle generously with the spicy honey sauce. Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately to enjoy the crispy texture and flavorful filling.
