For the Pie Crust:

- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups whole milk
- 4 large egg yolks, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
