  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 23 tbsp milk (as needed for drizzling consistency)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
  2. Create Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Press into pan and bake for 10 mins; then cool.
  3. Prepare Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar, add eggs, vanilla, sour cream, and flour.
  4. Add Layers: Pour half the filling, swirl half the cinnamon mixture, repeat with remaining filling and cinnamon mix.
  5. Bake: Bake for 50–60 mins until almost set. Cool in oven for 1 hour, then refrigerate for 4 hours.
  6. Make Glaze: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk. Drizzle over chilled cheesecake.
