For the cone & base

  • 4 waffle cones
  • 8 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup soft-serve style vanilla ice cream or whipped ice cream mix for topping

Mix-ins & toppings

  • ½ cup crushed cookies or chocolate chip crumbs
  • 2 tbsp caramelized sugar shards or golden sprinkles
  • ¼ cup chocolate syrup
  • ¼ cup caramel syrup (optional, for extra drizzle)
  • 2 chocolate bars (cut into smaller rectangular sticks)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cone Base – Place a waffle cone on a small plate. Scoop vanilla ice cream, coat with crushed cookies, and place inside the cone.
  2. Add the Soft Serve Swirl – Create a tall swirl using soft serve ice cream or piped softened vanilla ice cream on top.
