  • ¼ tsp salt

Wet Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup (150g) granulated sugar
  • ½ cup (120ml) neutral oil

  • 1 tbsp orange zest (from about 2 oranges)
  • ½ cup (125g) plain yogurt or thick curd
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preparation: Grease and flour your Bundt pan well. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Prepare Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, combine the sugar, yogurt, and oil. Mix until smooth and creamy. Add the orange juice, zest, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
  4. Mix the Batter: Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Mix just until smooth—do not overmix.
