Puff Pastry Sheets:

Raspberry Filling:

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam

Cream Cheese Drizzle:

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Egg Wash:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Additional:

  • Extra powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the pastry: Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface and cut each sheet into 4 squares.
  3. Add the filling: Place a spoonful of raspberry jam in the center of each square and top with fresh raspberries.
  4. Shape the pastries: Fold the corners of each square towards the center and press lightly to seal.
