Doritos Crust:
- 1 bag Doritos chips (any flavor, about 9–10 oz)
Cheese Filling:
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese (cut into sticks or cubes)
Breading:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup panko or regular bread crumbs
For Frying:
- Prepare Doritos Crust: Crush Doritos into fine crumbs. Place crumbs into a shallow bowl.
- Set Up Breading Station: Arrange three bowls with flour, beaten eggs, and crushed Doritos.
