Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease it.
  2. Prepare dry ingredients: Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Prepare wet ingredients: Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add oil and vanilla extract, mix well.
