Cookies:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Topping:

  • 24 Hershey’s Kisses

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream Ingredients: In a large bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and graham cracker crumbs. Gradually add to the wet mixture and mix until combined. Stir in chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  4. Bake Cookies: Using a cookie scoop, drop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart. Bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. Add Toppings: Press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie as soon as they come out of the oven.
  6. Cool and Serve: Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
