1 ripe avocado, sliced or cubed 🥑
Mixed Greens:
2 cups mixed greens (arugula, spinach, or blend) 🥬

Salt & pepper, to taste 🧂
Fresh lemon juice 🍋

Instructions
Grill the Salmon: Season salmon chunks with salt, pepper, and a light drizzle of olive oil. Grill or sear in a hot pan for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Prep the Greens: In a large bowl, toss the mixed greens with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil.
