  • 1 salmon fillet, cut into chunks 🐟

Avocado:

  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced or cubed 🥑

Mixed Greens:

  • 2 cups mixed greens (arugula, spinach, or blend) 🥬

Additional:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
  • Salt & pepper, to taste 🧂
  • Fresh lemon juice 🍋
  • Optional: Chopped parsley or cilantro for garnish 🌿

Instructions

  1. Grill the Salmon: Season salmon chunks with salt, pepper, and a light drizzle of olive oil. Grill or sear in a hot pan for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  2. Prep the Greens: In a large bowl, toss the mixed greens with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Assemble the Salad: Top the greens with the grilled salmon and fresh avocado.
