Crust:
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

Cinnamon Swirl Filling:

- ¾ cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Cheesecake Filling:

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Cream Cheese Frosting Drizzle:
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and wrap the outside with foil to prevent water leakage.
- Make crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
