  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Cream Cheese Frosting Drizzle:

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tablespoons milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and wrap the outside with foil to prevent water leakage.
  2. Make crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
  3. Prepare cinnamon swirl: Stir together melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour. Set aside.
  4. Make cheesecake filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, sour cream, and vanilla, mixing well.
  5. Assemble: Layer half the cheesecake filling over the crust. Drizzle half the cinnamon swirl, swirl gently. Repeat layers.
  6. Bake: Place pan in a larger pan with hot water. Bake for 55–65 minutes until set.
  7. Cool and chill: Cool in the oven with the door cracked, then chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Prepare frosting: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over chilled cheesecake.
