  • 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast (1 packet)
  • 1 cup warm water (110°F / 43°C)
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

For the Topping:

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Make Dough: In a bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let sit 5–10 minutes until foamy. Add flour, olive oil, and salt. Mix until dough forms, then knead 6–8 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise 1 hour or until doubled.
  2. Prepare Pan: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll dough into a rectangle (~9×13 inches) and place on a greased baking sheet.
  3. Add Toppings: Mix melted butter, garlic, oregano, and parsley. Brush over dough. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly on top.
  4. Bake: Bake 15–18 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  5. Slice & Serve: Cool slightly, cut into breadsticks, and serve warm with marinara or ranch dipping sauce.
