  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 23 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Dough Preparation: In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add warm milk, softened butter, and egg. Mix and knead until a smooth dough forms (about 5–7 minutes). Let rise for 1 hour.
  2. Rolling and Filling: Roll dough into a rectangle on a floured surface. Spread strawberry jam mixture over the dough, sprinkle with diced strawberries, then roll tightly and cut into rolls.
  3. Rising and Baking: Place rolls in a baking dish, let rise for 30–40 minutes. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes until golden.
  4. Glaze Preparation: Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk. Spread over warm rolls.
