Crust Layer:
1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 tbsp brown sugar
6 Oreo cookies, crushed (cream removed)
Oreo Cheesecake Filling:
2 cups cream cheese (room temp)
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1¼ cups cold heavy whipping cream
8–10 Oreo cookies, chopped (with cream)
Topping (Optional but OMG-worthy):
Caramel sauce, for drizzling
Extra crushed Oreos or cookie chunks
Instructions
Make the Crust – Mix graham crumbs, brown sugar, butter, and crushed Oreos. Press into a lined 8×8″ or 9×9″ pan. Chill while making the filling.
Whip the Cream – Beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
Make the Cheesecake Base – In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream.
Add the Oreos – Stir in chopped Oreo cookies, then spread filling over chilled crust.
Top It Off – Drizzle with caramel sauce and more Oreo crumbs if desired.
Chill – Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set. Slice & serve cold!
