Instructions
- Make the Crust – Mix graham crumbs, brown sugar, butter, and crushed Oreos. Press into a lined 8×8′ or 9×9′ pan. Chill while making the filling.
- Whip the Cream – Beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- Make the Cheesecake Base – In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream.
- Add the Oreos – Stir in chopped Oreo cookies, then spread filling over chilled crust.
- Top It Off – Drizzle with caramel sauce and more Oreo crumbs if desired.
