Instructions

  1. Prepare Sweet Potato Rounds: Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Toss the peeled and sliced sweet potato rounds with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated. Spread them out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  2. Roast Sweet Potatoes: Roast the sweet potato rounds in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping them halfway through to ensure even cooking. They should be tender and lightly golden once done. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
