Ravioli:

  • 1 lb lobster ravioli (frozen is perfectly fine!)

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Ravioli – Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add ravioli and cook according to package directions (about 3–5 minutes, until tender). Drain well.
  2. Make the Sauce – In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute, until fragrant (don’t let it burn).
  3. Creamy Perfection – Pour in heavy cream, bring to a gentle simmer, then reduce heat. Let it cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
  4. Cheese Please! – Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Combine & Serve – Toss ravioli in the sauce, add parsley, and serve immediately.
