Taco Seasoning:

Refried Beans:

Salsa:

Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend:

  • 2 cups

Garlic Powder:

  • 1/2 teaspoon

Garnish:

  • Chopped green onions or jalapeños

For Dipping:

  • Tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Heat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the meat: In a skillet, cook the ground meat until no longer pink. Drain any grease, then stir in taco seasoning and a splash of water. Simmer briefly.
  3. Prepare the dip: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, beans, salsa, and garlic powder until smooth. Mix in the cooked beef.
  4. Bake: Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13” pan. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until melted and bubbly.
  5. Serve: Top with green onions or jalapeños. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
