  • Salt, to taste

For Assembly:

  • 4 pita breads, warmed
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • Fresh parsley or mint, chopped

Instructions
