Instructions

  1. Prepare the Whipped Feta: In a food processor, blend crumbled feta cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic clove, and black pepper until smooth and creamy. If the texture is too thick, add a teaspoon of water to loosen the mixture slightly.
  2. Prepare the Board Base: Transfer the whipped feta into a shallow bowl and place it prominently on the serving board. Spoon the hummus into a separate small serving dish and place it alongside the whipped feta.
  3. Arrange the Ingredients: Artistically arrange marinated olives, cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, roasted red peppers, stuffed grape leaves, and roasted nuts around the dips on the board, making sure to balance colors and textures evenly. Fill in any gaps with slices of pita bread and an assortment of crackers to create an abundant spread.
