Main Ingredients:
- 4 oz (115g) semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter
Batter:
- 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large egg yolks
- 6 tbsp (48g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
For Dusting and Serving:
- Cocoa powder or powdered sugar
- Fresh berries and vanilla ice cream (optional)
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease ramekins with butter and dust with cocoa powder.
- Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate and butter in intervals.
- Combine Ingredients: Whisk in powdered sugar, add eggs and yolks, vanilla extract, and salt. Fold in flour gently.
- Fill Ramekins: Divide batter into ramekins.
- Bake: Bake for 12–14 minutes until edges are firm but center is soft.
