For the Lemon Grilled Chicken
- 1½ lbs (680g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

For the Creamy Dill Feta Sauce
- ¾ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 small garlic clove, grated
- 1–2 tablespoons warm water (to thin if needed)
For the Wrap Assembly
- 4–6 soft pita breads
- 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
- ½ cup diced cucumber
- ½ cup halved cherry tomatoes
- ¼ small red onion, thinly sliced
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Optional: sliced olives or pickled onions

- Assemble the Wraps: Warm the pita breads slightly to make them flexible. Spread a generous layer of creamy dill feta sauce onto each pita. Top with sliced grilled chicken, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion. Drizzle with additional sauce and garnish with fresh parsley. Fold and wrap tightly.
