  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups crushed Oreos

Chocolate ganache drip:

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup heavy cream

For decoration:

  • Whole Oreo cookies
  • Whipped cream swirls (piped)
  • Chocolate shavings or sticks

Instructions

  1. Make the Oreo base: Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter until crumbly. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Prepare the filling: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, beating until creamy. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Stir in crushed Oreos. Spread the filling over the chilled base and refrigerate for 4–6 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. Make the ganache drip: Heat cream until just simmering, then pour over chocolate chips. Stir until smooth and glossy. Let cool slightly before pouring over the cake edges to create drips.
  4. Decorate: Pipe whipped cream swirls on top. Place whole Oreo cookies between the swirls. Add chocolate shavings or sticks for extra flair.
