  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare the dish: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare the crumble: In a large bowl, mix flour, oats, 1 cup brown sugar, baking soda, and salt. Stir in melted butter until crumbly.
  3. Layer the base: Press half of the crumb mixture firmly into the baking dish for the base layer.
