Pasta:
Chicken and Bacon:
- 6 strips bacon, diced
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or cubed)
Sauce:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Seasoning:
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley (for garnish)
- Cook the Pasta: Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Cook Bacon: In a skillet, cook diced bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Prepare the Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter. Sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Add heavy cream and ranch dressing. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Melt Cheese: Stir in cheddar cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine Ingredients: Add chicken, bacon, and cooked pasta. Toss everything to coat.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve warm!
