Pasta:

  • 1 lb rotini pasta

Chicken and Bacon:

  • 6 strips bacon, diced
  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or cubed)

Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

Seasoning:

  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook Bacon: In a skillet, cook diced bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. Prepare the Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter. Sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Add heavy cream and ranch dressing. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Melt Cheese: Stir in cheddar cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Combine Ingredients: Add chicken, bacon, and cooked pasta. Toss everything to coat.
  6. Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve warm!
