  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 oz) tub frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 10 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped, divided

Instructions

  1. Make the crust: In a medium bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.
  4. Using a spatula, gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until no white streaks remain.
  5. Fold in half of the chopped peanut butter cups.
  6. Spoon the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
  7. Garnish with the remaining chopped peanut butter cups. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
